Shakira anuncia residencia histórica en
Madrid
SHAKIRA ANUNCIA RESIDENCIA EUROPEA EN MADRID PARA SU "LAS MUJERES YA NO
LLORAN WORLD TOUR".
El día de hoy, Shakira confirmó su regreso a Europa con una residencia
histórica de tres noches en Madrid, los días 25, 26 y 27 de septiembre
de 2026, en el nuevo Estadio Shakira, un recinto construido
especialmente para este evento.
El estadio tendrá una capacidad para más de 50,000 personas por noche.
Este espacio inmersivo, diseñado por el estudio Bjarke Ingels Group
(BIG), marcará la llegada a España de un formato internacional de
residencia artística, transformando el show en una experiencia mucho más
allá del concierto.
Bajo el concepto "Es Latina", la residencia convertirá Madrid en un
punto de encuentro cultural con actividades que incluirán música, arte,
cine, gastronomía y más, celebrando a una comunidad global unida por el
idioma, la creatividad y la identidad latina.
Estamos en un momento histórico para Shakira, su Las Mujeres Ya No
Lloran World Tour ya es la más taquillera en la historia de un artista
latino, con más de $421.6 millones de dólares y 3.3 millones de
asistentes. Tan solo en México, reunió a 400,000 personas en el Zócalo y
vendió más de 800,000 boletos en 13 shows en el Estadio GNP Seguros.

Shakira, la artista ganadora de los premios GRAMMY® y Latin GRAMMY
Awards®, anuncia su regreso a Europa con una histórica residencia
europea de tres noches en España como parte de su gira récord Las
Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. Esta serie limitada de conciertos
tendrá lugar los días 25, 26 y 27 de septiembre de 2026 en el Estadio
Shakira de Madrid, construido especialmente para la ocasión, marcando
así su vuelta a nuestro país ocho años después de El Dorado World Tour.
Las entradas estarán a la venta el viernes 27 de marzo a las 10h en
www.livenation.es, Ticketmaster y El Corte Inglés. Las personas que se
registren en www.shakira.com hasta el domingo 22 de marzo a las 22h
tendrán acceso a una primera preventa que empezará el martes 24 de marzo
a las 10h. La preventa SMusic estará disponible desde el miércoles 25 de
marzo a las 10h mientras que los registrados en www.livenation.es podrán
comprar sus entradas antes de la salida a la venta general el jueves 26
de marzo a las 10h.
Producida por Live Nation España, la residencia europea en Madrid se
celebrará en el estadio Shakira, un espectacular recinto temporal
integrado en el Iberdrola Music con capacidad para más de 50.000 fans
por noche. Diseñado por el reconocido estudio de arquitectura Bjarke
Ingels Group (BIG) ,ofrecerá visibilidad total, acústica de
última generación y experiencias premium para los fans, introduciendo
por primera vez en España el formato internacional de residencia
artística.

Concebida como algo más que un concierto, la residencia transformará el
recinto en un destino cultural inmersivo: una ciudad paralela dentro de
Madrid donde la música, el arte y la comunidad se unirán durante tres
noches históricas. La residencia celebrará las raíces culturales
compartidas y destacará a Madrid como un escenario global para voces
diversas.
Durante la residencia europea en el estadio Shakira, la ciudad acogerá
una amplia variedad de actividades: conciertos, exposiciones, charlas,
talleres, cine, gastronomía, literatura y experiencias culturales
compartidas, todas curadas por Shakira bajo el nombre Es Latina. La
Nación Latina no es un territorio geográfico: es una comunidad
transnacional unida por el idioma, el ritmo, la creatividad, la
resiliencia y la alegría.
Antes de la residencia en Madrid, Shakira continuará la expansión global
de su gira de 2026 con más fechas, entre ellas una actuación previamente
anunciada en Brasil esta primavera. Será la artista principal del
esperado concierto Todo Mundo No Rio en la icónica playa de Copacabana
Beach, en Rio de Janeiro, el 2 de mayo.
El anuncio llega después del histórico cierre de Shakira en la etapa
mexicana de la gira Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, donde reunió a
400.000 fans en un concierto gratuito en el Zócalo el 1 de marzo, la
mayor multitud registrada en la principal plaza pública de la ciudad
según las autoridades. Este hito se produjo apenas unos días después de
completar una serie récord de 13 conciertos en el Estadio GNP Seguros,
convirtiéndose en la artista con más presentaciones en ese recinto
durante una misma gira y vendiendo más de 800.000 entradas en esas
fechas. La última noche contó con la aparición del invitado especial
Beéle, con quien Shakira lanzó recientemente el sencillo 'Algo Tú',
ampliando aún más esta nueva etapa de su carrera.
Estos logros se suman a un momento extraordinario para la superestrella
global, quien recientemente fue nominada al Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Desde su lanzamiento en febrero de 2025, la gira Las Mujeres Ya No

Award-winning artist Shakira announced her return to Europe with a
historic three-night residency in Spain as part of her record-breaking
Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour. The limited engagement will take
place September 25, 26, and 27, 2026, at Madrid’s newly built Shakira
Stadium, marking her first performances in the country in eight years
since her El Dorado World Tour.
This announcement adds to a remarkable moment for the global superstar,
who was recently nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Since
launching in February 2025, the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour has
shattered records worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing tour ever by
a hispanic artist.
Produced by Live Nation Spain, the European residency will take place at
Shakira Stadium, a large-scale temporary venue integrated into Iberdrola
Music with capacity for more than 50,000 fans per night. Designed by
renowned architecture firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group),will feature full visibility, cutting-edge acoustics, and
premium fan experiences, introducing an international residency format
to Spain for the first time.
Conceived as more than a concert, the residency will transform the site
into an immersive cultural destination — an ephemeral city within Madrid
where music, art, and community come together across three historic
nights. The residency will celebrate shared cultural roots and highlight
Madrid as a global stage for diverse voices. During the Shakira stadium
residency, Madrid will host a wide range of activities: concerts,
exhibitions, talks, workshops, film, gastronomy, literature, and shared
cultural experiences — all curated by Shakira under the name Es Latina.

community united by language, rhythm, creativity, resilience, and joy
Ahead of the European residency, Shakira will continue the global
expansion of her 2026 tour with a previously announced performance in
Brazil this spring. She will headline the highly anticipated Todo Mundo
No Rio concert on Rio de Janeiro’s iconic Copacabana Beach on May 2.
The announcement follows Shakira’s historic close to the Mexico leg of
the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, where she drew 400,000 fans to
a free concert at Mexico City’s Zócalo on March 1 — the largest crowd
ever recorded in the city’s main public square, according to officials.
The milestone performance came just days after she completed a
record-setting 13-show run at Estadio GNP Seguros, becoming the artist
with the most performances at the venue on a single tour and selling
more than 800,000 tickets across those dates. The final night featured
an appearance from special guest Beéle, whom Shakira recently released
the single “ALGO TÚ” with, further expanding this new chapter of her
